Recently spotted in my overgrown jungle… Only this time last year it was blue!

This hydrangea is a new addition to our garden, back when I took better care of everything. It was such a pretty blue. Don’t get me wrong, pink is a lovely colour too. I have been reading about how you can encourage the blue to return, and some of the cures sound dangerous, chemicals and the like. But I am now saving all my tea bags. Apparently, burying them near the plant should do the trick. And while I’m at it, I could try getting rid of some of those weeds!

I am also planning a happy weekend. Reading, writing and a little attention to the bonsai. No worries or problems allowed…

Wishing you all have the weekend of your choice, folks…

love always

Jaye 💕

  1. I love how hydrengeas change colour due to the chemical composition of the soil. The pink is lovely.
