We are coming across more and more coincidences in our family lately.
You know the ones I mean, where you have just been discussing something, when literally minutes later, someone will mention this same thing on the programme we are watching.
Sometimes, the subject matter is so unusual, you can’t help wondering if something else is going on.
In our family, we all think that these moments are significant, but we have no clue what they could mean.
Is it an affirmation that we are on the right track?
But, right track for what?
Over the years, and this is how long this has been going on, nothing conclusive has ever been established.
I had another thought the other day. Maybe these signs mean the opposite? Maybe we are on the wrong track?
( I found this article online…)
“ Coincidences are commonly defined as the occurrence of two or more events that seem unrelated or unlikely to be mere chance, yet they happen in a way that suggests an underlying connection or meaning. They can range from minor occurrences, such as thinking about a friend and bumping into them unexpectedly, to more significant events that shape the course of our lives.
Throughout history, coincidences have drawn the attention of scholars, scientists, and everyday individuals who seek to understand their significance. Carl Jung, the renowned Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, coined the term “synchronicity” to describe meaningful coincidences that seem to defy rational explanation.
While some coincidences can be attributed to statistical probabilities or mere chance, others leave us scratching our heads and wondering if there is something more profound at play… “

I would love to know everyone’s thoughts on this: are coincidences important, or simply misleading?
Despite the weather, have a glorious weekend!
