Daily writing prompt
What will your life be like in three years?

I wasn’t going to respond to this question, but it started me thinking.

Always considering that I will still be around in three years, although hopefully, I will be, I expect to be beavering away at something, just like normal.

I was thinking about this busy business this morning, as my Monday morning was rapidly turning into almost but not quite organised chaos. Is there ever going to be a chance that I can retire from the rat race and write peacefully, preferably somewhere of my choice?

Of course, this could be possible if I choose to stop mucking about and trying all these fascinating, clever, and time-consuming projects.

Like my new brain killer. Learning how to use the reMarkable2.

They said it would be as easy as falling off a log. Well, I must have fallen off that particular log several times over the weekend, and not yet where I want to be. I am still hopeful though…

I just hope that in three years, I’m not still falling off that blessed log…

Here’s hoping for a wonderful week for you all, me too, of course!
