#TANKATUESDAY WEEKLY #POETRY CHALLENGE NO. 239 #EKPHRASTIC #PHOTOPROMPT

Flying stars, white-hot flash
against an ink-filled sky
the milky way magic
dark mountain lights
velvet blue path leads where
mysteries to be found
Will you walk there with me?
find a new home
let the stars shine long after
traces of us are dust
we left our mark on stone
not all will turn…

    1. Anita tried a new form and I think it turned out well! Glad you liked it, Colleen… 💕

      1. It’s wonderful! What was the form?

        1. It was three sets of abhanga. I think (hope) it is one of yours, Colleen…

          1. Yes! It really helps when everyone lets us know what they have written… especially now, that the challenge is open to all forms of syllabic poetry. Honestly, sometimes I don’t have a clue. LOL! <3

            1. I will try to remember to do that!

              1. Thanks, Jaye and Anita. <3
