Sunny days under parasols
Clouds vanish, leaving blue skies.
Hazy outlook warm, a hint of magic
In cotton summer dresses, we visit the
Zoo, they have a red panda I want to see.
Over to the small funfair for cotton candy

Playing hopscotch with children along the way
Rain is forecast for the weekend.
Evening paper, The Star picked up for my night-time read.
Never too soon to plan our next day out
In memory of today, we decide to meet next weekend.
A trip to the coast, sun sea and sand, not forgetting fish and chips…
