I usually like to post flowers on a Sunday, but sadly, the choice is rather limited right now. I wasn’t expecting to be posting bonsai, but the ones I came across this morning on the internet deserve to be shown.

When my passion for bonsai began all those years ago, I didn’t realise that they can come in all shapes and sizes.

These are nearly as tall as me, and luckily I don’t have the room for anything like this big. I would love to own one, but I would need to move first!

I did have a beautiful Acer, I say did have, but it is still here at the bottom of the garden. It would not be contained, so reluctantly, I had to give in and give it its freedom…

Glorious, isn’t it?

I will finish on a more topical subject.

The weather is cooling down, thank heavens, but now we have worse problems. Due to the lack of rain here in our neck of the woods, we will run out in approximately six weeks. No water in our taps!

How many rain dances do you think it will take?

See you soon…

love always

Jaye 💕

    1. Thats what they’re threatening, Widds. Probably just a way of making us more careful, but its scary!

  2. Here’s hoping for rain.

    1. They have been threatening rain all week, and today the ground is wet, but its not what I call rain…

  3. No water is a problem. Hoping you get rain.

    1. All promises this week, John… the clouds are gathering…

  4. here’s cheers to and for the magic and miracles of Mother Nature, which can confound and astound us at the flip of a switch, and our ability to still smile!
