Samson had Delilah for more than just a day
Scissors she was hiding to steal his strength away
Soldiers took him from her
His eyes could no longer see
Between the pillars, they did bind him
Whispered prayers to those on high
He felt his strength returning
His love for Delilah could not hold the day
With new strength provided
His pushed and pulled on Roman heads
He laid his life down that day…
