Older Than Water


I fancy life through another’s eyes
Something stirs in me older than water
I need to find my place in the universe
Be it Earth or some other galaxy
I need a body; a newborn will do
My parents need not be rich or fancy
I have my magic, let the fun begin
My name will ring through history again
You may have heard it before
It has been on man’s lips for centuries…
