Well, it has snowed…

Not quite enough to get excited about, but I was pleased to see it. It didn’t snow for long, but it was almost a blizzard for ten whole minutes!

I didn’t expect to see any snow this morning, but it was so cold last night, it couldn’t melt.

I don’t have much of a view here, but I want to share the magic…

They say we may get more, so this could just be the beginning. I don’t want to leave the house until April anyway. That sounds like a line from ‘Frozen’ doesn’t it?

All loveliness aside, my week of change and efficiency is going well, the office has never looked this tidy. The list of jobs is getting longer, and I am more enthusistic than ever that I will be keeping that list short. I aim to tackle at least one job each day. Surely that is doable, isn’t it?

On the writing front, I was hoping to write ‘The End’ yesterday, but my main character is dragging her heels. I think I know what she wants to do, but she’s not sure…

I hope you are all enjoying your week as much as I am…

  1. lol – I’ve only experienced snow once, that I can remember, and I didn’t like it at all. It can look pretty though, especially if you’re snug inside next to a roaring fire! Enjoy. :)

    1. Yes, I love it but these days I must admit to liking it better through glass!

  2. I really like watching snow falling from my corridor with a cup of tea. Always pleasure to watch snow falling.

  5. Even if it’s a little snow it looks lovely. I absolutely love how it looks when everything is covered in snow.

    1. I think my love of snow links back to my childhood, we had a lot of it then…

      1. All kids love snow I think. I know I did too.

        1. … mmm… my family will tell you that I am not really a grown up, John…

          1. I can understand that.

  7. The colder months get a bad rap, but I happen to think that winter is pretty awesome. Few things are as satisfying as watching white flurries fall on a cold winter’s day or, better yet, getting to team up with the kids to build a snowman. While we rarely get snow in Ireland, I still pray for it every year. Thanks for sharing, and have a good day :) Aiva xx
