The End of a Bad Year…

The old year may be about to draw its last breath, but we will not be sorry to see it leave as we have had one bad thing after another this year. I had visions of getting to New Year’s Eve, trying so hard not to be all miserable and depressed for the coming year.

But then, something remarkable happened. Turns out that the last visitor for this year is…. wait for it… a little enthusiasm!

And it is more than welcome…

Just when I thought I would have to stop writing as my head has been dragging its feet, I have been having some fantastic new ideas, and can’t wait to finish Folly’s End to start on my new book. This was something I never expected. I just hope this new enthusiasm hangs around for a while, for there are so many things to catch up on.

If I could grant all of you a special Christmas wish, it would be that you find some of this enthusiasm under your own Christmas tree…

This year may have been a non-event, but we have a feeling that 2024 will be a wonderful year for all of us…

Our love and best wishes,

Anita and Jaye XXX
