I feel about as fragile as this crystal at the moment so normal
services will hopefully be resumed as soon as I get the muscles in my back under my control again!
And that will be the last heavy garden waste bag I ever pick up…

Oh, no! As someone who has suffered with back problems for years, I’m sending you healing wishes. Feel better and rest up!
Thank you Mae, hopefully it will only be temporary as I’ve had enough already!
Take care of yourself. My hubby moved a sofa and it took months for his shoulder to heal. And he works out at the gym and does all that stuff I don’t do. It really does take time xo
At my age, time is a rare commodity, so I hope it doesn’t take too long!
Just a few weeks ago we bought a cart for just this very purpose and don’t know how we did without it. 🙂
May your back muscles unclench soon.
They had better, for the novelty has worn off now, (along with the painkillers!)
Wishing you a speedy healing, Jaye x
Thank you Steve!
Oh dear. My sympathies, Jaye. We never learn, do we ( says she who cannot move either…) x
This time I have to learn, as I simply cannot do this any more. Pain is an old friend, but this one is taking liberties!
Then it is time to rein bak and rest a little.
Not lifting anything heavy ever again, that’s for sure…
Good!
Rest and heal. Hope you’re back on your feet soon. 🙂
So do I, thank you, Staci… X
