I feel about as fragile as this crystal at the moment so normal
services will hopefully be resumed as soon as I get the muscles in my back under my control again!
And that will be the last heavy garden waste bag I ever pick up…

Take care of yourself. My hubby moved a sofa and it took months for his shoulder to heal. And he works out at the gym and does all that stuff I don’t do. It really does take time xo

At my age, time is a rare commodity, so I hope it doesn’t take too long!

Just a few weeks ago we bought a cart for just this very purpose and don’t know how we did without it. :)
May your back muscles unclench soon.-
They had better, for the novelty has worn off now, (along with the painkillers!)

This time I have to learn, as I simply cannot do this any more. Pain is an old friend, but this one is taking liberties!
