What a glorious day! The washing is out on the line……… yes, OUTSIDE, and we have a fighting chance of it drying as it’s due to be sunny and breezy all day. Hurrah!!

We’re on our second morning cuppa after which we shall be walking up into town. We have discovered that the loaf of wholemeal bread we bought from Sainsbury’s is giving us both indigestion, even if we have it as toast! We shall therefore be reverting to the multi seeded brown loaf from Lidl which has no repercussions for either of us.
The fry up yesterday turned out to be a cool move, so something else Hubby can tolerate once in a while. He has almost regained the stone he lost after his surgery three months ago, so we can now hopefully move into a maintenance diet mode. Things there are progressing, albeit slowly, but we are getting…
