We almost had a disaster here this afternoon.
I went into the bathroom to get the bleach for the kitchen sink and noticed that the water level in the loo was rather high………… like half way up the bowl.
A couple of whumps with the loo brush and the level went down, but when I flushed it, it rose pretty high pretty fast!
Hubby had a go, and it was no different, so got the big plunger out.
This didn’t work either, and although the water remained lovely and clear, the level was still much higher than normal.

Our access point is in the drive alongside next door’s fence. However, it’s a shared point and Hubby knocked on our neighbour’s door to ask if they had a problem too. They did.
Ah.
