Today the first reblog of the Christmas posts from Madelyn Griffith-Haynie, MCC, SCAC who is an expert in the field of  ADD.  Rather than try and duplicate Madelyn’s wonderful posts and images, I decided to share an extract and then have you head over to read the rest on her blog.

For many, even those without ADD, find Christmas overwhelming. Apart from the rush to buy presents and to get dinner organised for the family there are all the trimmings that are expected if you are not to be labeled a grinch… or grump. Trees, tinsel and masterful decorations.

Definitely worth heading over before winding yourself up into a frazzled heap before the big day.. Let Madelyn ease you into it.. Take heart you are not alone.
