she is lonely —
A night is over, now has dawned
And, as yet, he still not returned
Yep! That has been a drawn day
And, as yet, he is not on his way
Her lengthy fights only consume
She woke with a beauty to define
Sun-rays faded into a dark room
To dry ‘whites’ on the clothesline
Not recalling a thing of last night
From ‘fan rattling’ to ‘barking bite’
Between mirror + sink stood pain
Insane thoughts touched the cuts
– An overflowing mind vs. tired war
– An empty tries to overpower her
No faking. The win is for the taken
(The reset is set). She is awaken!
