When Twilight Turns the Sky – #poetry – #Etheree – #MarchWriting

Dorinda Duclos's avatarNight Owl Poetry – Dorinda Duclos

Clouds
Squinting
Against sun
Paint a picture
Of light conquering
Where twilight turns the sky
A deep shade of blue, beaming
Nighttide rolls in where bright once was
Covering the day, shielding our eyes
Until the morning is aglow again
