A Brand new Day… and we are Snowing!
Yesterday was a busy day, with a Doctor’s appointment and a family visit. Although I am no closer to knowing what’s wrong with me, at least my Doctor seems to be in control of the situation.
She thinks my long-standing earache should be investigated, so a visit to the ENT department is on the cards. This could be causing my vision problems, although my money is still on the recent arrival of diabetes.
Anyway, I should find out one way or another, soon.
It was a bit of a depressing day really, as news of several family illnesses were reported and discussed. We are definitely not a healthy bunch at the moment! It was very cold too, so I curled up on the couch with a hot water bottle and a cuddly blanket. I wasn’t feeling sorry for myself, but it was good to take time out for a while.
Today is just as cold, and it’s snowing. It probably won’t settle, but it’s lovely to watch from my window…
Meanwhile, I must find a way to keep working on the new book, and will probably use some dictation to catch up…
