Shawnee and Mayhem continue to wreak havoc on the Killzme Corporation—the largest animal trafficking ring in the country—by killing one poacher at a time. The stakes grow increasingly higher when the nefarious group retaliates by putting a bounty on their heads.
Meanwhile, the traffickers set their sights on capturing Orca for profit and pleasure.
With a ticking clock and no place left to hide, Shawnee and Mayhem alternate between undercover surveillance and clandestine battles to save their loved ones and the Innocent Ones from Killzme’s evil plans. Skills are tested. Tenuous alliances are formed. Not everyone will make it out alive.
Set in a world of cultural wonder, environmental threats, and looming danger, this heart-stopping eco-thriller will have you glued to the page from the first sentence to the last.

Our Review
The opening dedication definitely sets the tone for this story with some beautiful passages describing the Native American roots of these eco-warriors.
In the last book I read in this series, Shawnee and Mr Mayhem were at each other’s throats, so a lot must have happened since then. Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do. It’s an interesting concept, though, as I always thought they would work better together.
This time, the enemy is the Killzme Corporation, and helpless animals are the victims.
A complicated and intriguing story…. Mission impossible with Orcas.
Rescuing the pod of Orca was, without doubt, the most important and suspenseful part of this story. To say it was gripping would not do it justice. Reading it, I was as exhausted as if I had been there.
I actually met an orca in one of those marine places. When he looked at me, I felt his sadness and powerful presence. That day, I signed a form to stop this cruel exploitation.
Not sure I approved of the celebratory fish supper at the end, even though the fish were a gift from the orca.
