We have just been nominated for the Creative Blogger Award, by our friend and fellow blogger, Sue Vincent.
This was a pleasant surprise, indicating that all our hard work has not been in vain! Having said that, blogging isn’t really very hard, not once you know what you are doing, then it gets better every day. So a very big THANK YOU to Sue, for thinking of us.

Five random facts:
1. We once ran an upholstery business, recovering settee’s in customer’s homes.
2. Our house is the local cat hotel, with feline visitors coming through the catflap at all hours.
3. Jaye once dropped a wedding cake she had just finished decorating. Chipped off all the icing and did it again!
4. Anita once knocked a can of white gloss paint all over a customer’s dark brown carpet, and lived to talk about it.
5. In our youth, we once spent the night in a launderette. Jaye slept in the dryer!
