to say or not to say —

Words; the lot of it comes unwillingly
So, take care of ‘what you are spilling’
It is in the eyes, mouth and shoulders
Hearing to ears, sight to the beholders

I tried; I tore ’em up. I set them on fire
I lied; I swore and let them be the liars
I didn’t blow it, tired of being reluctant
‘Holes’ I dug. I tried to dig, but, I can’t

I was finally spotted by their bitterness
Perchance I had no right to forgiveness
[Words] They will escape, if we leave it
The impact is too powerful to believe it

Many nations are born from this ill leap
Fail me. Anger me. But, put me to sleep
Sicken me. Cure me. But, give me limits
Talk is cheap; from mouths of hypocrites

Hit me. Fence me. But give me absolution
Near a sharp knife…
