Just like two persons raising their arms in the air! 😃
This plant is the Leporella fimbriata, commonly known as the Fringed hare orchid.

Leporella fimbriata is the only species in the flowering plant genus Leporella in the orchid family, Orchidaceae. It is native to the southern Australia mainland, stretching across southern South Australia to southern Western Australia. It is related to orchids in the genus Caladenia but does not have hairy leaves and has a peculiar labellum.
