Suspended flights and ports closed, the UK is now a pariah because of the new strain of Covid, the first case apparently detected in the South East in September.
Tier 4 residents have already fled the capital and taken the virus with them………..  to their friends, and their families, not to mention strangers on trains and public transport.
The number of new cases yesterday was over 36,000 and the highest ever. Heaven only knows what it will be by Jan 1st.
