Random words
I woke up this morning
With an Italian word stuck in my head
The word ‘Clemente’
Meaning merciful.
This happens too often
So I decided to write about it
To see if it would help
Often the words are very strange
So I asked Jaye to look them up
On the computer
There are many times
When the word returns
In some programme we are watching
I wonder what the Universe is trying to tell me
Random words seem to pop into my head
Whenever they feel like it
With no rhyme or reason
That I can understand
If I were to write them down
String them all together
They wouldn’t make a decent sentence
There doesn’t seem to be a reason for it
Maybe I am just nuts
Alternatively, something is trying to fill
The Swiss cheese holes in my head
There must be a lot, for the words keep on coming…

Don’t try and stop them, Anita Let them all in…Surely a miracle – and I’m a doubting Thomas about miracles – how twenty-six simple little letters can be manipulated, massaged, coaxed and ordered into understandable words…Words that can change minds, fortunes, outcomes, the course of history itself; while horrifying, nurturing, comforting, educating and delighting a multitude of people. And doing so much more! No wonder you and I write…xx

How unique. Perhaps the muse is feeding you inspiration? Clemente is a beautiful word.

Anita came up with a rather lovely poem here, I think!

Happens to me too. Words and phrases pulled from the dream realm. Always with a purpose . I think the one that lured you this morning is poignant and beautiful for the time. 💙
