Night Owl Poetry - Dorinda Duclos
Mystery shrouds, in a misty dawn
Spirits converge, on clouded morn
Gathering, while the city sleeps
About the landscape, silently creep
As not to awaken the human race
Whose shadows linger in this place
For while they dream, of tomorrow
Others mourn, in unearthly sorrow
Until the fog lifts, and the air, clear
They’ll live in a silent, funereal drear
