The proud hobbit, or why am I quiet today?

I have a good excuse.
You might expect me to me writing about the weekend… and I will. You could, justifiably, expect me to be promoting the newly published Scions of Albion… and of course, I should.
Instead, however, I have been out since first thing this morning, not getting home till this evening and still have the day’s work to begin.
So what, you might ask, have I been up to?
Instead of my usual day, I took my son to London.
I do not particularly like driving in London. Especially when the sun is broiling me through the windscreen.
I argued with his GPS system all the way. No matter how cultured the voice, I will not go left if the road I need goes right, nor reroute through narrow backstreets to save three minutes… not am I prepared to do a ‘U’ turn on a motorway…
